      Worst service, horrible attitude ever--Bel Red Heating & Air

      I have to give this company one star because there is no 0 star that I could choose.

      The maintenance service from Bel Red Heating and Air is the worst experience I ever have.

      Not only the technician was not professional at all, the customer rep was rude and mean as well.

      I used this company to install a heat pump and they were very professional and did excellent work. As a result I called them to clean the air ducts in my home. They sent three people for this who joked around and wound up scratching a bathroom door when a drill slipped from his hand. They also left black fingerprints on all the heat registers, which I had to clean up. When I complained about the door being scatched they sent someone to repair and repaint it. He took the door and returned it with two new scratches(holes). I brought this to their attention and they promised to reimburse me for fixing the door myself. They never did and they did not reposnd to my correspondense. As a result I would no longer recommend this company to anyone.
