As a single mom and no experience in car maintenance, I really appreciated the kindness and the sense of security that was offered to me. My car had to be towed - I was concerned about not being able to have alternative transportation, but Mr. Barnes and his crew were all exceptional in how things were handled. I fel secure and relieved. I really did appreciate the service and felt like I mattered and wasn't being taken advantage of. The price was reasonable and affordable.

As a young female we are always skeptical about our cars and who we let work on them, because we know sooo little about them, the worries of "getting taken advantage of" or paying sooo much for services that were not performed, well good news, JC's has given me great quality work while saving me an abundance of money!! I can honestly say these are my go to guys when I have any problems with my car... They are very honest and professional, I am thankful to have found them!!! These guys are great for minor to major services!!!

Excellent Customer Service!

I look for good customer service and JC Automotive exceeded my expectations! From beginning to the end Mr. Barnes took care of me like I was family. I appreciate the sense of security & confidence he allowed me to feel. Some shops treat you like another estimate and sometimes I've felt like I was being taken advantage of but not at JC Automotive! I am glad a friend referred me to this shop. I live a great distance from their location but they provided door to door service which is very unusual - you can't beat that!

Rick and his crew over at JC Auto did a fantastic job on my BMW, and at a fair price! I needed a good bit of work after my ride was smashed in an accident, but they took care of me, and I am pleased with the work they did. I brought my Jeep in because I needed my bumper repaired. Being new to the area I read the reviews and thought I should at least get a quote from JC Automotive. Rick not only gave me a great price (nearly half of what it would've costed had I gone to a dealership), but the repairs were done in a timely manner. Rick also kept me up to speed on the progress of the repair, which I really appreciated. JC Automotive went above and beyond my expectations. My car looked brand new when I picked it up! This is definitely my new car repair shop!
