That guy Rick Barnes is THE WORST !! I had a 2012 kia optima waiting to be rebuilt from front end damage. Initially he said he had all the parts before he collected our money. That was a lie. Didnt have half of the parts.He said he'd have it done by the end of the week. That was a lie. We didn't get the car until 3 weeks later. & then i had to bring it back to have them FINISH fixing it. We paid this guy 3600 for all new parts..he gave us after-market parts. His mechanics & techs said they hadn't received any money & advised me to take the car elsewhere next time. His own employees told me that he drives customers cars for personal use, and engages in recreational drug & alcohol use, & he has few pending lawsuits from shoddy service. All in all take your business elsewhere. He's a snake in the grass. Comes off as kind & charming, ended up being the biggest headache.

I recommend jc to anyone. He is always there you can call text and he will give you real time updates. The insurance company tried to screw me over but he got it straightened out and made sure it happened. He hooked us up with a rental and got us a discounted rate.if you want the best use jc

I just want to say I have never felt more at ease with JC automotive as I have been today. They really looked out for me and are taking great care of me...For a woman in atlanta alone thats a great feeling to have a mechanic you can trust. I can assure you that this is the place to do Business and I will forever...we are going to be great friends. The mechanics at JC are experts - they are thorough, professional, and timely. My car drives and looks brand new after they worked on it. A friend recommended that I take my car over there to Rick - he is one of the owners - and I'm so glad that I followed her advice. I will definitely be taking my car here for many years to come, as well as recommending them to my friends. Very satisfied customer.

The service at J C Automotive is excellent. I would refer them to anybody that may need services attended to their car. The staff is alert and on point to meet your needs. My car was repaired from this body shop and I was pleased to see that my car looked as if brand new, fresh off the lot.
