The driver was rude. His seat was so far back that I had to sit in the far back seat. Got out at the airport and had to wait several minutes for him to open the back hatch from the driver seat. I would never recommend this service.
I had to do errands on a Taxi today. A DMV online nightmare, don't ask. Do your update 2 weeks ahead of time. Anyway, I had to go get other stuff done, as well. This Taxi Service was prompt fair and professional. I want to highly recommend his Taxi service. Tell him Jennie gave him an excellent review n recommend.
I called to get a taxi this morning. After calling I left my apartment to wait for the taxi. It never showed up. My phone only works if I have wifi service and as I was out of my apartment waiting for your taxi I got no notifications of a phone call, aside from one call at 5:47am which I did pick up. No one answered, and I can certainly prove I tried to answer the call. I have saved the screen shots proving this. My initial call was placed at 5:30 am. The call I tried to answer was at 5:47am. At 5:56 am I returned to my apartment to get a strong wifi signal and called your service to see what was going on. I assumed maybe you were busy and had been running behind. All I wanted was an update. Instead what I got was a VERY rude man who said that because I didn't answer my phone they would not take my "order" for this taxi anymore. When I tried to explain that a) my phone does not work outside of my apartment and b) no taxi ever showed up he started yelling over me. I tried several times to explain that my phone doesn't work if I'm out waiting for your taxi to arrive. He continued to be very rude and hostile. Then he hung up. I called back again, trying to explain that there was no way for me to answer a call unless I'm in my apartment. If I'm in my apartment I cannot be outside waiting for your taxi to arrive. Again I was hung up on after hearing more yelling and rude comments. I can also prove this happened if need be. I do have a roommate that heard the entire exchange. I tried to call back a third time and got voicemail at that point. I again explained the situation and informed your company that I would be filing complaints on all review sites possible. If you cannot handle a customer calling to get an update about the taxi you said you'd send (that never showed up) without resorting to rude yelling/snide remarks people need to hear about this and know what kind of company you truly are. You lost business to Sierra Cab who provided excellent service.
Cab was clean when I got in. The driver was very friendly and treated me right. Will be using these guys again.
I use yellow cab because normally very quick but they need a new dispatcher guy is very rude to people.

So unfortunate nowadays...I used yellow cab and I waited for an hour for a ride. Then when I got in the car the taxi cab driver started going on and on about a tip. Terrible manners and awful service.. Not only will I not tip, I also will never use the yellow cab service ever again. The drivers have no idea what a persons situation may be. What if that customer has no money for a tip. It's not as though your being picked up by a limousine. What if your a brain cancer patient and pregnant. Someone that can't drive and on limited funds...just greedy.
Excellent service. Driver was on time, courteous, knowledgable on quickest routes to take, and had a clean cab. Rates were cheap!
DJ is the best Taxi driver in town. I would only use him. Very fair and very courteous.You couldn't find a better taxi in town.
