Had a wonderful experience at this salon. As a walk in with great needs, Kim took me right away and replaced all of my tips and was very artistic with her pink and white. I will definitely be going to her from now on.
Came across this place. I just wanted a place to get pampered, relax and study. I loved it! They were so friendly and told me they would gladly take my request. My tech did an amazing job. I loved how the girls knew the names of the clients that walked in! I think I found a place to keep going to. Thank you ladies! I'll be back!
Fantastic front desk service. I was greeted with a smile and immediate help getting my hat put away. The host came by during my pedicure to ask if I needed anything. Great customer focus. The pedicure was awesome as well. She actually paid attention to my asks (too many other places just do their usual service). My husband had a similarly great experience on her pedicure.
The staff here did an amazing job on my pedi and gel polish mani! They were very nice and accommodating and I walked away very happy. The price is great too! You should definitely come here if you're looking for your new nail salon.
I have been going here for about a year. I called to see if the nail tech I normally see was in to do a repair and a cut-down. Debbi, the manager AND the owner's sister, answered and told me my tech didn't come in until 10:30/11. I told her that it really didn't matter ~ I didn't mind having any tech fix it. As I go to say thank you, see you in bit, she hung up. I let it go and didn't say anything. I get there about 15 minutes after the call and when I walk in, Debbi starts raising her voice to me. Her exact words were "I told you she not come in till later! Why you show up?" I explained to her calmly that I told her I was on my way when she hung up the phone. She said "You sit down and wait over there!". I started getting angry, but again, didn't raise my voice or say anything. Kim walked out (the owner's wife) and asked how I was doing and what she could help me with. I told her what happened and she asks Debbi to take me. I told Kim I didn't want her to take me because she wasn't being nice and was rude. She started to yell and said that wasn't true. They still sat me down with her. She started pulling my hand in anger and tossing stuff around at her station. I said I didn't want her to repair my nails acting that way. She said "You not an easy person to please! You're not my client!" I told her to go to the back and get Kim now. She wouldn't do it. She sat at another station and started playing on her iPad. I had to wait for Kim to come back to the front of the store and then all hell broke loose. Debbi started yelling in another language to Kim while pointing at me and I yelled right back to SPEAK ENGLISH if you're going to talk about me. Then, my nail tech walks in and she started telling her story to her, yet again, in another language. I will not be going back! I asked for the owner's number and spoke with him. He said he would "look into it". It's such a shame! My nail tech came running out after me and said that Debbi has done this before and is "hot-headed" and she was probably having a bad day. I lost my husband and told her THAT'S having a bad day! I frequent their business for relaxation ~ NOT to be spoken to that way. I will not be returning!

I went to VIP Nail Studio in the Severna Park and walked out with a perfect manicure and pedicure. The ladies at this salon are by far the best in town; they are very meticulous, thorough, and take pride in their work. I have seen them throw away disposable items and sterilize their equipment. Very clean and Very relax. They also open 7 days a week which is totally convenient. I will definitely be heading back.
Best nail salon ever!!! This is the only place I will go to get a gel mani & pedi. The salon is clean and well staffed. They really pay attention to their customers and make sure that everyone is taken care of. Ask for Annie or Taylor they are my favorite.
*** IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH FOR NOTHING, GO HERE !! ***Where should we begin? How about the appointment - I made an appointment two months in advance for prom hairstyles for my daughter and her friend - the lady quoted me $50 - $80 per hairstyle. On arrival, the staff was extremely rude and showed poor customer service; they acted bothered that we were there. Then, the lady was clueless as to our appointment time, thinking it was an hour earlier and that we had missed our appointment. The girls sat for 30 minutes before anyone attended them (more time wasted), with staff stating they had nobody available to attend them. Isn't that the point of making an appointment?? I informed them the girls had an appointment with a photographer immediately following, and their staff was apathetic. The lady then informed me that the prices would be based on the experience level of the stylist - that the least experienced stylist would be less, the ones with more experience would cost more, and the "experts" would be the most expensive. When they brought the stylists to the girls so they could explain the hairstyles they wanted (with photos), the stylists said "BRAIDING IS NOT MY THING." The girls changed their minds to different hairstyles; from that point forward the stylists had an ABSOLUTELY STUPID attitude, acting bothered by the girls' request for braids. When my daughter decided to change her hairstyle, the stylist told her she couldn't change her mind. When the stylists were curling the girls' hair, it was clear they had no experience whatsoever with styling. The end result was two hairstyles that any child could have performed on one another - super frizzy and terrible. The kicker was when I asked for the manager to discuss the poor quality of the hairstyles, the lady at the counter told me the total would be $180 (90/each) !!! I asked why this was, and was told curling their hair added to the price. I was also informed that there was a separate envelope for tips. I asked again for the manager, and told them I was completely dissatisfied. To my surprise, when the lady at the counter called the manager over, it was the same horrible lady that had attended us since the beginning (Kim Boslow)! Management sets the tone for customer service, and in this case it is no wonder this place gets so many one star reviews - customer service is NON-EXISTENT. The only reason I did not leave zero stars as a rating is because you are required to mark at least one star. I actually had to reaccomplish both of their haristyles once we arrived at home. The absolute best was when two of their friends came to the house and had intricate, gorgeous braid hairstyles, done through a friend, for $30/each! Thanks a million Image Creators, thanks for NOTHING. Lots of $$ flushed down the toilet. I would have been better off coming down to your salon and just giving you $180 for nothing - at least I wouldn't have left with a headache and the aggravation of having to redo their hairstyles myself. And oh, by the way, they were late to their appointment for their photographer. Thanks again, for nothing! Worthless business!!!
