worst place i have EVER been!I go to get shellac well i wait 45 minutes with my finger tips soaking in polish remover ( ummm hello!!!! every other salon i have EVER been too puts soaked cotton ball with tinfoil, nice and clean) not tokyo nails nope 45 minutes of my skin burning in a bowl of remover then to be scraped to get remaining polish off. if i wanted me nails drilled and scraped i would get fake ones. then when its time to finally paint every nail she has to wipe and fix her mistakes i try to ask nicely does she know what she is doing i rudely get a yes. well 2 hours later yes you are reading right!!!!! took 2 hours i have polish on the skin near my nails, uneven shellac an overall hideous job, to be told if "i don’t like polish color that my problem" wth????? Everything wrong the color probably the one right thing!!!!!!!!!! oh ya and for $30 i didnt even get the nice cuticle oil, no lotion, no hand massage UNBELIEVABLE DO NOT GO HERE on top of my horrible experience all around madness, appointments made where the salon could not keep, messy and unorganized.i stayed bc i was half way through my nails never in a million years did i think it would be such a horrible job.so now i need to take more time i do not have ( i have a newborn baby) go somewhere else to get this nasty job removed redone and toyko nails only offered for this joke of a nail tech to fix not another person or my money back so now i have to spend even more money.DO NOT GO----------TOYKO NAILS = WORST NAIL SALON EVER!!!!!
They are honestly like EVERY OTHER place I have been too. The first three visits are amazing. Great quality, friendly service. Then I go in yesterday to get a fill and three of my nails are already lifted away from my natural nails so water etc. can get under. When I called the manager put me on the line with someone else and when I couldn't go in immediately they wouldn't even speak to me. They are twenty minutes from my house! I can find a place closer and with less aggrivation. SO DISSAPPOINTED
There's no way these 1-star reviews are real. From the first time I came to this place I've been treated like the only customer in there. After the second time, they knew my name and every time I come in, they always know me. I don't get anything special done, I usually just bring my grandmother to get a pedicure and a manicure. They are so nice and go out of their way to make you happy. They bring you little bottles of water, they do extra-long hand and leg massages, and they NEVER "shoo" you out, because if you get a nick in your polish they'll say "let me fix it!" even if you're all "no it's OK". I had one lady run at me because I was in a rush to go and she threw on some fast-dry polish so that I wouldn't ruin my nails. So yeah, I don't believe these reviews at all. They're always packed and everyone seems to really love them so I call shananigans.
