DO NOY DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE. Purchased home theater. TV, Speakers, receiver. Had them install the whole system. Dealing with BEST BUY WAS BAD START TO FINISH. No show on install date. 45 min. on hold then they dropped the call. Manager told me they had speakers from another store. Then was told they only had one. Bad Vizio TV. Geek Squad came out 3 times to fix TV. Only TV in house. Told me all they could was keep putting parts in when TV goes down. They said they called Vizio and that's what Vizio would do. WRONG! I called Vizio and Vizio ran serial number for history of TV. Vizio said their was never an inquiry on this TV by BEST BUY are anyone else. BEST BUY LIED AGAIN! Went to store and talked to Store Manager. Told me he contacted his bosses and was told by them he could not take the TV BACK. Manager gave me a piece of paper said the name an number of his bosses were on it so I could call and talk with them. WRONG AGAIN! My name was on the paper with TV model number. Vizio has apologized for my problems and quickly found a solution.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE. THEY LIE. THEN DENY!
I could not imagine having a worse experience. I cannot say enough bad things about this company. I had a cracked screen. I brought it in to get fixed. I paid an astronomical $170 and then I had to come back multiple times because every time that they "fixed it" they broke something else. The customer service was so bad that they accused me of breaking the phone on purpose. The girl in the store even yelled at me. Just today I finally got a hold of the owner and he agreed to fix the siri microphone that they broke. When I picked up the phone the siri microphone didn't work and now the phone microphone doesn't work either. Now I can no longer make phone calls without having to yell for people to hear me. All of this happened over the course of 4 weeks. Without exaggeration, I made 12 trips to the store. . I ended up having to buy a new phone.
CAR RADIO INSTALL 41 / SARASOTADecember 10th, 2015 By CRAPRADIOINSTALLBrought my new radio to have installed in my vehicle ( not an after market radio). The radio did not sit flush to the dash board and was loose when using the touch screen. I had another company take it apart, they showed me the screws on the bracket were never tightened enough to hold the radio in place. Also missing 4 more screws needed to make the radio sit flush to the dash board. I feel I was screwed for over 100 bucks -- WILL NEVER RETURN
Very poor service. I called several times to make a scheduled pickup. While they were there the driver seen other items and called in and got permission to pick them up and I never got paid for them other items when I called the company they said they disposed of the items and I'm out of luck getting them back
Wanted to thank the Apple Store atUniversity Town Center! Jose was terrific! We had to wait a little while ., but he was able to help my husband and I with my I phone and my IPad and he was able to help my husband with his iPad. He was very patient and made sure to explain things in a language we understood. Hope you have a way to reward him for his caring and patience and made sure we understood ! Well worth our wait. James is right. The people in the store don't care about your problems once you have purchased your device. When I came in to the store, they told me I would have to wait four hours for service. They would give me 15 minutes notice to get back to the store, so I would have to hang out at the mall for four hours in order to get back on time. They didn't care. I ended up calling tech support and they walked me through the repair quickly.
As most people know, in an Apple store the employees up front are there primarily to sell you something. If you have some serious questions or need instructions on your Apple product, you make an appointment to see the “Geniuses” in the back of the store. However, in the dozen Apple stores that I have been in around the country, the people up front have always been able to answer some basic questions about the product I was interested in purchasing. I’ve been to this store four times now and, in my opinion, the employees up front are morons. I am not a computer expert. I have used PCs for years, but I purchased my first MacBook just a few months ago. I have been back to purchase or ask about some accessories for it. I asked what I thought were some very basic questions, some of which I was pretty sure I already knew the answer to but just wanted some confirmation from the Apple employees. In virtually every case, the response was that they did not know and I needed to make an appointment with their “experts” and come back another day. I never had this degree of poor service at other Apple stores.If you have any questions at all about an Apple product you are thinking of purchasing, I suggest going up to one of the stores in the Tampa area, either in Brandon or at the International Plaza. It appears that they just hired anybody off the street to work at this store.

They were very rude here. The sales people are only interested in getting you to buy the most expensive product, and clearly do not care about your actually satisfaction. Additionally, they attempt to dissuade you from buying less expensive, more popular products by referring to them as "the dumb cheerleader of ____" in a very sexist way. I said screw you and got the same deal at Best Buy with immensely better service.
