Located at the amazing San Ysidro Ranch the terrace is a great outdoor dining experience with lights and views. The parmesan crusted halibut was my favorite.
I had wanted to go to this place forever, and finally got a chance. Warning ahead of time -- this isn't a sit-down place like its competitors up an…
Come here all the time!! Love the atmosphere and the deliciously consistent fresh fish. Great service as well and reasonable prices.
Coworkers and I went here all the time for happy hour. Drink prices were fair and their appetizers were great. For regular dinner or lunch it is a b…
Our favorite Santa Barbara restaurant. The Mahi is delicious, as is the ahi poke. And for you steak lovers, the 21 day aged ribeye is sure to satis…
OH MY GOODNESS. There were so many pigeons you wouldn't believe it. They used to have wires across the walls but they look like they have been clipped or just worn out and are no longer. The place needs a major remodel. It is dirty and grungy and the servers are wearing old faded and stained t-shirts. I know it's not their fault for sure!!! Go there for a quick drink on the upper level and you are probably ok. The windows have this dirty film on them too. I have never written a review so take my word for it, don't go here if you are a local or guest from out of town. PLEASE!
Sundays. senora makes fabulous tortillas on outdoor grill. The carnitas ROCK. The salsas are zippy but don't burn. Genuine palapa feel and great value.
Soup served 2 min before dinner, vegetables and mashed potatoes barely warm. Went to dinner before the rush...service not great. Would not recommend with so many other great choices.
Great food, great service & nice ocean views! Pelicans :)
Bait and Switch (literally) - do not get tricked here!!These guys play tricks with the pricing and the service is very slow. Their menu showed meals for different seafood with chowder or salad, potato or rice etc. to accompany them. Maine Lobster in that section was marked 'Market Price'. I asked how much that was and they said $39.95, which was also displayed outside the restaurant. I tried to order two of these with the chowder, potato etc. They then suddenly informed me that the chowder, potato etc was $10 'extra', even though the menu said it was included....(go figure). In other words the lobster as shown on the menu was really priced at $49.95, even though they told me it was $39.95. When I tried to rectify this with the manager he simply said I should leave. Since I had family there and did not want to be embarrassed we stayed and I ended up paying the $49.95 twice!I guess somehow this is illegal but the manager seemed to be fine doing it. I guess he knows it's tourists most of whom do not come back...Another review on Tripadvisor described the manager not honoring some coupons for drinks when 4 guests had driven 2 hours to get there!!
Excellent service--very knowledgeable about the food and wine. Amazing wine selection!Appetizers were top notch! Thank you, Michael, for a memorable time!Emily Ortiz
