Although the personalities at custom windows were pleasant (when you could reach them). I would rate their communication and follow up at a 1. It would take a couple days to a week to get ahold of someone. They never came back out to the house to take proper measurements for the windows resulting in the wrong windows being made. All in all, because of the wrong windows, lack of explanation and communication the whole process took a little over four months. We were initially told it would be approximately 5-7 weeks. We would typically winterize our windows (old) because of the cold air that would draft through them. However, since the wait was only supposed to be 5-7 weeks (and it was warm) we didn't do so. We exhausted nearly all our propane and wood in order to keep the house somewhat warm while we waited for our new windows. All we got as consolation for our wait was a "sorry for your wait", and a bunch of nails left all over our carpet in each room after the install.
