We had a slab leak the week before Christmas in our family room, Called "Bill Howe" and had a plumber there that afternoon. Found the problem and stopped the leak. The damage was-= flood and damage to the wall where the water was leaking into the room. The restoration team pulled the carpeting back and put jet fans on the area for 5 days. It was important to restore the room for Christmas Eve family dinner. It was completed in time. The restoration team was great.The carpet was re-installed. The wall repair was completed after Christmas by Juan, who did a stellar job refinishing the damaged wall, you will never be able to tell there was any damage. Amber, the project manager, was available to my requests and delivered. She completed the inspection and was very prompt.

Marcus is a skilled craftsman and professional tradesman, hard to find this level of craftsmanship in todays market. The completed job was fast and flawless, plus he's a heck of a nice guy!

Recently had a new A/C system and furnace installed-both were up and running in the time frame I was given. Technicians were courteous and professional and explained each step of the process. Minor paint damage due to lifting compressor through small crawl space area was quickly fixed and paint matched perfectly along with attention to detail in cleaning up outside area near compressor. Miguel facilitated inspection of system by personally delivering all necessary documents to my door prior to inspection by city. Without hesitation I would highly recommend Bill Howe for any HVAC needs.

Although we are only midway through our repairs, I have been very impressed with the professionalism of the two technicians who have been working on our broken water line incident. They showed up on time and left the area spotless.

Your Bill Howe service technician surveyed the situation quickly...and accurately surmised that the problem was a leak behind a dry wall partition. He cut the dry wall and immediately found the pin hole leak. Problem solved. The tech was efficient, professional, and courteous...answering my questions and addressing my concerns.

Staff is very professional and responds within a day by email. Technicians are skilled and confident and use state of the art test equipment

I had Tech. Lance in my home to unstop a bathtub drain the day before my son arrived with my grandkids for a week. He not only called before coming out, but he was on time. finally a company that knows a customers time is valuable too. Tech Lance fixed my drain problems with the utmost professionalism and explained everything on the bill,and it was a fair price at that. I would like to thank Tech.
