Overall

My son is now 4, we started with OFA about a year and a half ago. We have Tricare, which allows us to be enrolled in their pediatric clinic. He gets one on one ABA therapy, and is also brought into the classroom to practice his social skills with his peers who do not have autism. My son's biggest deficit has been social, so this was a real selling point for us. Sarah, the head of the clinic, has her masters in ABA and really understands how to reach my son in a way no one else has been able to reach him. Every time a have a concern with a behavior or need any answers, Sarah has come up with some type of intervention plan. When my son started, he couldn't sit at a table, couldn't make eye contact, couldn't wait in line, avoided other children and just wanted to play by himself. He has completely changed and enjoys playing with others and taking turns and looks us in the eye when we talk to him now. The access to typical peers has been the biggest selling point for me.

By far the best place for Kids with Autism that can be found in the city

School uses intensive therapy to teach autistic children communication skills, as well as academic skills. They are seeing amazing results. I'd recommend any parent with an autistic child place their child with One with Autism.
