My daughter attended several years ago at age 2. My husband and I looked for several around South side. We were at first very apprehensive due to another south side child facility that we had issues with. I demanded a lot from the facility as well as the teachers as I did not want the same thing happening again. Ms. Nancy, Ms. Janie, Grandma who worked in the office knew and understood my reasoning. I wanted a progress report from the teacher and I got it each day, with no complaints and the teacher encouraged criticism, if any. Well, we didn't have any. My daughter was cared for, taught well, and advised well. Ms. Helen was my daughter's favorite teacher as well as Ms. Martinez. Their curriculum is thorough and my daughter enjoyed it. Manners were taught, kindness was taught and shared, and much gratitude was exampled! We are so very grateful from the bottom of our hearts my daughter loved going there year round. Also, the facility made great strides to have field trips and festivities. We highly recommend Little Wonderland Child Care.

It is imperative that our facility maintains a safe environment for children entrusted in the care with our wonderful staff.Extensive efforts are always made to work with a family experiencing discipline difficulties with a child. Management or staff is never in a position or profession to dictate the medical care a child may or may not receive. Uncommonly, we must request a family to find alternative care for their child after efforts to resolve any issues have been exhausted. We recognize that lower class ratios than we are currently mandated by The Department of Family and Protective Services, might serve as a better alternative of care for the safety and security of a particular child, as well as those children around them. Contrary to the accusation that “additional fees” were charged for this particular families care, among other financial considerations, registration was waived in order to better facilitate the economic needs of this family. Unfortunately, social media becomes an avenue for disgruntled employees and families to seek retribution for their own personal reasons. It is our request that for an accurate depiction of the services we have provided, and continue to provide our families since 1999, you tour our facilities and review volumes of thank you and recommendation letters our facilities has received over the years. We wish this family the best in their quest in finding a solution that better meets their family dynamic.
The "Director" Mary is a two faced, drama filled, space cadet who cares more about revenue and covering her own behind than her employees and their children. I used to work here and the pay is terrible and they provide no benefits whatsoever. After contracting pink eye from this facility and suffering from it for a week straight, I decided to call in one day after my lunch break saying I could not finish my shift/bus run because I could barely keep my eye open at this point. Mary the "Director" replied with no sympathy, "I really need you to do the bus run." Remind you, I could barely see out of one eye and she still wanted me to drive the bus with children on board!!!!! DO NOT WORK HERE and DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!!
So far so good. I love the staff their very friendly
My son was there for one day before I pulled him out. The staff does nothing with the children they sit them down at a table for the entire day except for one hour of outside play time if weather permits. While they're sitting they are forced to watch DVD after DVD of Disney movies while the staff sits at their desk on their phone. These children are dying of boredom. My three-year-old never once in the entire time he's received Child Care from other facilities has he used the phrase Bad Teacher or bad man and this is what he told me after just one day of being there. His grandma went to go pick him up for me today and was not asked for an ID to confirm that she was on the pick up list she was able to walk right in. There was no one at the front desk children were laying on the floor with no adult supervision. When she finally found someone near the rear end of the building she told the staff member that she was there to pick up her grandson she was asked if she knew what room he was in when she answered yes they told her to go on ahead and get him no questions asked! That is a safety issue! Their security cameras do not work. They do not have any sort of app where you can keep an eye on your child throughout the day. And the ladies that work there are very unkept in leggings and sometimes flip flops. Please do not sign your children up at this daycare the ones that are already there look miserable and bored out of their minds! I dropped my son off at 7 in the morning and was told that he would sit in a room and watch a movie while his teacher came in at 10:30 so for three and a half hours my son was sitting in a room watching DVDs of Disney movies when I picked him up that afternoon guess where he was sitting watching the same DVDs? When I dropped him off this morning he kicked and screamed for me not to leave him there because he didn't want to be with the Bad Teacher. I called his grandmother right away
This Daycare is one of the best on the North East side of town. I have toured many centers on the NE and this is by for the Best! My kids have been here for almost a year and Ms Natalie the Director has treated my children with respect and dignity, the price is affordable and the hours are great! My three kids also comes on Saturday's they love coming to daycare what more can a parent ask for. I just can't wait for Ms Natalie to open her infant room soon I'm due in August.
Never take your child to that daycare its very FILTHY its Rat and Roach invested and their vans are very hot the kids are sweating so bad that its sad the management sucks they just don't care its all about the money the employees are coached by the owner Mrs.Gonzales on what to tell licensing when licensing comes to the facility and their very good at that they get away with bad things. DONT TAKE YOUR KIDS THERE.
I so love this daycare! The hours are great . I have to be to work at 6am monday-friday but i have to drive about 30mins every morning so it's great that daycare opens at 5am. The staff is also a joy my son loves his teacher Ms Breanna sometimes i think more than me. I trust Moore Childcare with my child I do recommend this childcare to any one that wants a childcare that will treat your child like family. I LOVE YOU MS. NATALIE!
It is VERY difficult to find childcare or babysitters that are flexible to accommodate my ever changing schedule. Then I discovered Moore Family Childcare and was finally able to get some piece of mind. The staff is friendly and respectful. P.S. My twins LOVE going too!
I received a recommendation from another teacher-friend regarding My School Too when I became concerned about my 8-week-old son who was at the time attending a larger daycare. After a tour of My School Too, I quickly enrolled him. The atmosphere is calm and very home-like. The facility is bright with natural light and has plenty of play room for the children to play. The infant room was separate from the walkers. The toddlers were playing and practicing good manners. Placing my son here was an easy choice. He stayed at My School Too for over a year. The staff rotated the babies in activities regularly. His teachers were aware of developmental milestones and made sure that all of the babies had tummy time, assisted sitting time, bouncing, and toy time. The Walkers room was great fun for him. His teachers were always interacting with the babies. He never came home with a diaper rash. He rarely became sick because the facility is kept very clean. My son would readily go to all of his teachers. Sadly, I had to move him when my job moved. I am very grateful for My School Too. Daycare was not an option for our family for this child. I always felt comfortable leaving him here during the day. My experience here was very positive.
