Comfort Air Engineering

These guys helped me out of a huge jam. Woke up on a Sun. morning and the house is super hot. Called Comfort Air Engineering and they came within an hour. The tech said it was a freon leak and wouldn't be able to fix until tomorrow but would add freon to get us through the day. I told them i was having a party that evening for 50. Without even asking, a new technician, came to the door at 4:30 saying they knew we were having a party and wanted to make sure the house was cool for it. Now that is customer satisfaction. The unit was fixed by 10:30am the next day. Thank you Comfort!!!!

For 5 years + we have enjoyed the bi-annual furnace and airconditioning check-up of our systems by Comfort air. They proptly answer the phone--no automated answering machine nightmare-- and give the impression that they actually would like to have your business. the impression is verified by their timely appointment arrival and pleasant attitude about answering questions i have had about setting thermostats etc. They are a good company for both installing equipment and maintaing that I would recommend to my family and friends.

excellent customer service. A well qualified technician and knowlegible. Answered every question presented. Cleaned all components took his time. Very kind courteous was on time for his appointment with me. Will continue doing business with them. Very impressed with this company.
