        Overall

        Price was way under what the big advertisers quoted me at. Furnace and AC efficiencies were the same as the big names, and service was fantastic. Name brand type furnace, not some no-name brand, but reputable.

        Had a small issue I had planned on fixing myself that I mentioned off-hand to Nicole and she was there personally the next day taking care of it.

        I would say take a chance on the little guys, but I personally wouldn't consider it taking a chance.
