The technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything he did clearly. He was friendly, clean, and polite. He didn't waste any time but went straight about his business. He showed up when he said he would. The only issues were (a) price was rather steep--but that is an industrywide problem, and (b) he wasn't able to find where the freon was leaking--but this has been going on for three years now and no workers from any company have been able to find it.
We have been loyal Harris Air Serv customers since 1998 for our residential needs and have always found their technicians proficient in their HVAC expertise and skill knowledge. All of their company representatives that we have dealt with over the last 15 years were fast, professional, and courteous in responding to our specific requests for assistance.
Bought I new Air Conditioner and Heater from Harris Air Systems and I am surprised at how good their new air systems work. I have always been used to our old and noisy air conditioner and having this new and quiet ones gives me peace and serenity in my home. The technicians were also great for the did it in just a few hours and cleaned up after they finished. I would recommend their air conditioner and heaters to my neighbors.
good choice for your cooling needs
I was shocked to find out one morning that my air conditioner in my house was busted. It was summer time and I really needed cooling for me and my family. I quickly browsed the internet for solutions and I found and called harris air systems. They were quick to come and asses my situation after that they offered me their solution. I like their work because they give guarantees to what they fix.
My furnace recently broke. The people I normally use were not available. Based on their add and the $50 off, I called these guys. They charged me $97 to come out and refused to honor their coupon. They looked at the furnace and told me it was going to be a $500 repair bill. I couldn't afford it. I lived without a furnace for a week in the middle of winter. I then called my usual company and they came out, discovered no problems with my furnace other than it needed to have a gas valve cleaned. They didn't even charge me for their visit. Harris completely tried to rip me off for $500. I am glad that they really only got away with $97 of my money.
