        I was a longtime customer of VCA Animal Hospital. I brought 3 'generations' of my pets there. But the quality of work has gone down ( my cat contracted worms from their establishment ), the prices went up and the 'friendly service became that of a apathetic teenager. One day I took my 4 yr old dog Sienna to "Chattahoochee Animal Clinic",which is right down the street from VCA animal hospital, and the Chattahoochee Animal Clinic had trouble getting Sienna's records transferd over from VCA ( VCA claimed that they had no record of Sienna in their database, when infact she had been going to VCA since we got her as a 6 mth old pup). About a week later i was driving on alpharetta street and saw a vet tech standing by the dumpsters smoking a cigarette with a customer's dog on the leash. The vet tech was just standing there onlooking when the dog was relieving its self next to a headstone from the jewish temple that neighbors the VCA animal hospital. I now take all my animals to the Chattahoochee Animal Clinic.
