Walter's Mercedes is that step above in relation to other dealerships. The greeter actually comes out to greet you at your vehicle with a pleasant smile and a genuine welcome and provides you with an opportunity to announce your reason for being there. Then, almost immediately, the service representative comes to your door, gathers the necessary information from the vehicle and escorts you to his desk for a short signing of papers and then you are free to do as you please. A tour of the showroom or refreshments in a great lounge if you are a waiter. The facilities are spotless and the staff is most accommodating. A courtesy car is available if you must leave. The entire staff is professional in every aspect of the encounter. If you tour the showroom you are usually greeted by a salesperson ready to answer any questions you may have and then they allow you your freedom to roam unattended and unencumbered by a squeaky mouthpiece desperate to make a sale. The service is usually performed quickly and reflects the same level of commitment to excellence. Fast, Efficient, and Professional! This dealership could easily be used as a example for other less attentive dealerships. We travel over fifty miles for our service call as an example of our appreciation of Brandon Monaco and the many other representatives of the dealership. Brandon is nothing short of an ambassador for Walter's Mercedes. He is polite, knowledgeable, professional and very straight forward. Austin has always been very informative and thorough,calls to keep us updated. We came from another dealership but the consistency of Walter's service center is worth the extra drive. Brandon Monaco is the best service advisor you can ask for at Walters Mercedes. I had a tire pressure light came on in Palm Springs, and he advised me to put air at the local dealership and the light went off .

I walked into the dealership not knowing what to expect, as it was my first time buying a car of such magnitude and price range. Krystin, Eddy's lovely assistant, eased me carefully into the ins and outs of such a purchase. She answered my questions with clarity and thoughtfulness to my inexperience. I felt more confident and less anxious, after she completed explaining to me the necessary the final touches of what such a deal would ensue, for the present AND the future.

Afterwards, Eddy came in to finalize our deal. By then, I had been made knowledgeable and comfortable enough to converse with him...but he made it all the easier by being considerate of my situation. We conversed and, amicably, came to a final deal. Through and through he was open, kind, compassionate and, most of all, did not pressure me at all...
