I normally go in for an oil change, but about a week and a half ago when I went in for an oil change and if my rear brakes need it, they can change it. I was told my brakes were still good even though it was making noise. I went somewhere else on the following Saturday to find out it was metal to metal and had to buy a new drum
Worst dealer EVER!!! Do not go there! The manager Scott Jackson is just a horrible person! We traded in a car and according to him he couldn't verify my husbands job! He told us to RETURN the car after 21 days we had been using it! He said he would give us back our car and our down payment! When we got here he said he LIED! He already sold our car and left us without the car and the down payment! We came looking for a reliable car for our FAMILY and ended up without a new or even our old car! And STOLE MONEY FROM US! Don't want this to happen to anybody else so please save yourself the drama and DO NOT COME HERE!!!

We were in the car dealer Crown Toyota in Ontario CA and we do not we could help with the price we wanted, to get the manager to tell us that Sorry but that car and the price not we can give, !! we went to this other dealer Toyota Corona CA Larry Miller, they helped us very well, gave us the price we ask the Edgar Vasquez seller helped us excellent service and patience to choose the color we wanted and came away very happy, with my 2017 Toyota Camry !! now I recommended it to my family and friends
Freddy Haddad is an excellent salesman who understands the ins and outs of creating the best deal for you so that you leave the dealership a happy customer. While it may take some time to get to where you want to be, they will work with you so that you are comfortable with your experience and purchase. Don't be afraid to bring up as many questions, because they will be more than willing to assist you in everything that you need!

My first impression of the dealership was not very positive. They were upfront about their certification charges, which I thought were excessive. When I told them that other dealerships included the certification in their listed price (yes, I know those other dealerships can pad their listed price to make up for it), Freddy was very upfront about the out the door price, which is what I really cared about in the end. Visiting the dealership was a very relaxed and pressure-free experience. Freddy and Lavelle treated us fairly and with respect. The car we bought (used 2012 Hyundai Accent) was very well equipped, in great condition, and at a great price. My wife and I spent countless hours searching for cars online and communicating (voice, text and email) with many dealerships. In the end, we made the right decision to go with Cardinale Way Hyundai! If you do your homework ahead of time, you will get a great deal for an awesome vehicle!!
