I have joined Portico for Mothers day, a 12 top for my mothers birthday and quaint dinners with my family. The ambiance in this place is warm yet sophisticated. The service is top notch. I always recommend trying one of the specials offered because the chef is amazing. The servers and bartenders are always able to offer the perfect wine pairing with each dish. I would and do recommend Portico to all of my friends and family. If you haven't been yet I hope this is what helps you decide to go.

Don't recommend going here unless you want to be ignored and disrespected as a customer! Hostess didn't greet when we arrived. They weren't even busy and waitress took forever to bring us drinks. There was a curly hair on my bread. I left before I wasted any more money in this disgusting establishment! Service is at a steady decline at this restaurant.
First time trying it out, one of the best Philly Subs in town. Absolutely wonderful.
I went to this location of olive garden and was very surprised at the poor quality of food and service. The waitress was very unpleasant and unprofessional. It was as if she really did not want to be there and was doing us a favor by taking our orders. There was no smile on her face and she kept rolling her eyes when we asked for something. The food was also very undercooked. I had ordered fettucine Alfredo and the noodles were raw and the Alfredo sauce had a very bad after taste. Never coming back to olive garden! Very disappointing!
My husband and myself have been there numerous times and had great service. Tonight will be the last time we ever go there again. To start my husband ordered a beer which came with a 2 inch head. They never ask if we wanted menu's. We had to ask. We also had to ask for water. They weren't busy. I don't understand. A guy came in and they were all about him and he was obviously a regular however we had been there so much the manager gave us a hug as soon as we walked in. We had to ask for bread. Dinner finally came and the waiter never came over and ask how it was or if we wanted anything else. We had to ask for the tab and when we put the visa down they never picked it up We finally left cash and walked out. I will never go there again. It would be one thing if they were busy. However the place was dead tonight.
Stuzzi or Doozie? This was our first vist to Stuzzi's. The waitress said we could create our own pizza. We asked for half pepperoni and half artichoke, mushroom and chicken. After ten minutes the waitress came back and apologized. She said they could only add chicken to a pesto pizza (not sure why they can't add chicken to ANY pizza). We then changed our order to a pepperoni and mushroom pizza. After a few minutes the manager came out. I thought he came to apologize also. Instead he came out to explained to us that they had already made our original pizza minus the chicken and they will have to "toss it out" now. Why would the cook assume we'd be fine with them dropping off a topping without asking us (not our fault). And I really don't care that they had to toss out the miss made pizza. The proper customer service would have been to just apologize for the waitress not knowing that ridiculous rule and to either give us the miss made pizza free or NOT MENTION IT. It's not our fault you made a pizza without talking to us and trying to make me feel bad that they had to throw it away was uncalled for. I was fine with the waitress's apology then the manager came out and tried to make me feel like WE did something wrong and WE caused them to toss out a pizza. Don't count your chickens before they hatch!
