Richmond, VA Chinese Restaurants

Food taste good, portions a little small Atmosphere is good and tasteful. Service was on point the waitress addressed me as soon as I walked in the door.

I've been a loyal customer of theirs for delivery over a year. I never complain. Today we ordered lunch & the orange chicken was so terrible tasting that it was not even edible. The restaurant REFUSED to send me something else to replace it or refund my money unless I brought it back which wasn't possible since I don't drive. I've never been treated so badly over what cost less than $10. They clearly don't care about their customers business & they won't ever get a penny from me again.

For those of you who wrote to "ignore the bad reviews", I say "DO NOT IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS" ! It's true, the customer service STINKS! I was searching for a vegan restaurant in the Richmond area so I decided to check it out. As a first time customer who just walked into the restaurant, I was greeted with an extremely rude and disrespectful woman with a bad attitude when I questioned her about the way their food was prepared. I chose to overlook the rundown looking place hoping that the customer service and food would be somewhat exceptional, but it wasn't even close to being average. I am sorely disappointed and would never recommend anybody to give people like this their business. It's a good idea to find another go to vegan/vegetarian joint who deserve your business. Just my 2 cents.

I can't believe that the food is so awesome and FRESH. I'm going to try a bunch of things from the menu.

Very displeased with the service and the they were rude and I was hung up on numerous times because I was dissatisfied with my order. Not the place to order from.

The food is always good. I think they may be one of the last Chinese food restaurants that use real chicken in their dishes.

Great food. Worst customer service and delivery in Richmond,Va. The girl that answers the phone(the one that just had a baby and came back) has the most uncaring ordering additude LIKE IN SOME BAD MOVIE.Why she is answering the phones is minus 2 stars by it's self and if thats not enough she will and has consistantly lied at the drop of a phone call about your order time. I have had her give my wife and I such large lies about where our food is when we called to ask only to find out from some drivers the order was still in the kitchen while she was saying "IT'S ON IT'S WAY... BUT WHEN YOU GET THE FOOD HOT IT'S SOME OF THE BEST

Have eaten there many times! Always found the food to be very good. The owners can be a bit no nonsense but, they take their business seriously. Don't hold it against them.

They are so rude. They messed up the order and would only come back out with the right order if I paid them three more dollars. I will never order from them again!!!
