These guys rock! I went to 4 other jewelers in town to get my wife’s platinum diamond wedding ring fixed. It had gotten slammed in the car door. I was a little apprehensive about going to a non-chain store for repair work on such an expensive ring but 3 out of the 4 stores I went to suggested these guys. After looking at my wife’s ring the jeweler told me that it was probably hopeless but he would give it a try with the understanding that if it could not be fixed they would not charge me for the work. It took a week for them to fix it, but it came back looking better than when I bought it. It was purchased from Bailey Banks & Biddle, who also recommended them for the repair.
