Roadrunner Express

A few days ago, Roadrunner Express delivered a large box -- 211 pounds -- to my residence. Since I couldn't move it to the final resting place by myself, the driver, Jerry, graciously offered to help. Way beyond his job description. Unfortunately, while we were moving the box, his truck leaked oil on our new pavers. Jerry put me in touch with his boss, Ryan, who turned himself inside out to get the mess cleaned up. There was excellent communication and a really great attitude of accepting responsibility. I appreciated the service and the excellent follow through. Highly recommend for your moving projects.
