First time to this nail & Spa salon wasn't impress. Nail lady was eating at her station. The salon wasn't busy at all, was a walk-in Yell from from it - I said just gels. She bought me the nail guide was very nice. I noticed her station was very dusting and unkept until she started on my nails. She informed me she is watching a movie on her phone. The shape she gave my nails were uneven. Didn't clean up the nails after applying the gels polish. Beware she put all the tools back in her jars or drawer! WITHOUT cleaning them!!!! I hope she enjoyed her movie, because where won't be any extra cash for popcorn

I went to regal nails on my lunch break at the Walmart Store on 350 Highway in Raytown Missouri on October 7th to get a Polish with Gel topcoat but when I got home the Polish started to peel right off my nails. I went ahead and removed the Polish that they applied and repainted them myself. The next day I went back to the shop to tell them what happened and all they could tell me was they would redo it for free. I thought about it and decided I didn't want them to redo it I just wanted my $12 back. On October 9th I went back to speak with the manager Nick in reference to this and of course he wouldn't refund my money he kept insisting that I come back and let him redo it.Well the red flag went up when he came to me and told me that they didn't do refunds and that was their policy but I didn't understand that because when I got there I didn't sign in or anything or read anything concerning no refunds. Of course I got mad and demanded to talk to the owner he gave me the owners number and I explained to him my situation but he too didn't give me any satisfaction toward this incident. In fact Mike the owner and Nick the manager had one of the cashiers called for security because they felt like I was disrespecting them and reference to this situation.What I understand is where is the customer satisfaction? They wanted me to continue coming to them so they can mess up my nails some more. Well I wasnt goin to allow them to continue using the acetone on my overlay so that my overlay would start lifting due to the use of acetone I might look dumb but I'm not I know exactly what their intentions was when I saw them using the acetone to remove the nail polish. I think that's crazy and unfair because they continue taking their customers money but don't care if they're satisfied with their service or not. I have an option of allowing them to correct the problem or choosing not to use their services... this particular Regal Nails is the worst place ever to patronize due to the lack of concern for their customers. It's about money money money to them!!! I will never ever go back to that company for any type of services nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. They are truly a disappointment!!Nick the manager and Mike the owner of this location really need to go back to take some training on customer service they both are a lost cause!!!!

I used to come to this place every two weeks for months until the women that always did my nails quit. I went back two more times. ..The first time I went back, whoever did my nails did a terrible job. They were completely uneven and crooked. I went to a different place after that and wasnt happy with the service so I went back to cicis hoping I would have a better experience but it was even worse...a man did my nails this time. He was incredibly rude, he misshaped them.. I asked for an american manicure which has a slight color tint on top of the white tip (simple request, especially if you're supposed to be a professional). Well he gave me the wrong color, and I told him it looked too dark.. he said I was wrong. Ok. Also, when he asked how long I wanted them, I showed him and he said my nails are too small, and that would look bad. I like my nails with a little length, but not a ridiculous amount...After letting them dry until HE told me they were done, I reached into my purse to pay him... THEY ALL SMUDGED. I asked him to fix it and he said I shouldnt have "rubbed them so hard" WTF I HAD TO PAY HIM. Never coming to this place again. Ever.
This is a really nice small nail salon. I went there for my regular manicure/pedicure two days ago. The customer service is great and the owner is a really nice person! she did my nails and drew some beautiful design on them (you should ask about their nail designs). got compliments from my friends.The price is the best part (only $28 for both mani-pedi).Would surely recommend!!
The best thing about them is their great customer service! I have tried a few other nail salons but I just always found myself coming back here! The price is reasonable, great service, and they're really friendly.
I made a group appointment and they didn't wait on us until 30 minutes later, then they put all of us in a chair and filled our water up which was cold and had us sit for another 30 minutes....It took 1.5 hours for our group of three adults and four kids to finish our appointment, the kids only got their nails painted...horrible service, have been there twice and will never go back, they don't keep appointments and are understaffed!
it is amazing, every time i come here i bring friends and family with because they are always so nice and wonderful. They always interact with you and give you their full attention i really encourage people to come in and get this experience.
I visit CiCi Nails & Spa on a regular basis & I've always had a great experience to include prompt & friendly service. They know me by name & always do a fabulous job! I have recommended this Spa to many of my friends & would recommend it to anyone.
