The place is very beautiful. I wish I could say the same for the rest of my experience. I have gone to this place two times. My first time was not a good experience since my gel came off after just a week. I decided to give them another try since it was snowing really bad and did not want to drive to where I usually go about 30 mins away. This time was worst. After a week the gel came off from 3 nails. I had to pay to get them repairs. Not even a day later the same 3 nails and 3 others came off. When I called I asked them if they could either give me a refund or do my gel full set over since they are just not staying on for free. The lady on the phone got loud with me and lectured me on how I was even thinking about asking for a refund since its been 2 weeks. I told her that it would be the 3rd time I go in two weeks. Its the holidays and its hard to just go anytime to get them done especially 3 times in a week to get them fixed and have to PAY FOR THEM??? I will never go again. She didn't have to raise her voice or talk to me like i did not know what I was talking about. I worked at a salon for 4 years and I also have always had gel nails put on by Nail Art on Shawnee mission park way 13218 W 62nd Terrace, Shawnee, KS 66216. They always last me a month to a month and a half every time I go there. I have never had a bad experience there. I I advise you not to go here if possible and also I recommend Nail Art. Can be a bit of a wait in the summer but its worth it.
I have been going there for years. They do a great job on my nails and have terrific pedicures as well. The owner and staff are always friendly and do their best to make customers happy. I have a very busy schedule and love the fact that they have great hours and accommodate walk ins!
I have been going to Rose Nails for a couple years and have always been very pleased with the results. The wait is never long, the technicians are great and the salon is clean.
Love this place! Clean and relax environment. I feel pampered every time I get my hand and feet done here.The techs are very nice and tentative. My Shellac last for 3 weeks. Not go elsewhere!
I came to this salon to get a new set acrylic, And not happy about the service.after 2 days, my nails were coming off. The nail tech did my nails was Angie,I never come back.
I came here couple times, and the one did my nails was ivy,she is really nice and did good job.my nails look so beautiful.
I been to Rose Nails couple times to get my shellac on my acrylic nails, and they did a great job on my nails. It's sound silly to put shellac over acrylic nails, but I love how its shine more than regular nail polish! This is the best place I been to so far!
First problem is pricing, they have their menu on here with a pedicure at $20. I was surprised to find when I paid that the basic pedicure was $26. I got french tips which at other places was included on my pedicure, here extra $9. Flower design $5. I showed them this YP menu for their store, they only said they didn't know and then they didn't even drop the $26 to $20. At the very least they should have honored the basic pedicure price. Not great handling in customer service. Furthermore the flowers I got I'm not impressed with, they are on my big toes and two different sizes. I had her redo one of the flowers, they were two different sizes and with the leaves one was diagonal and one verticle on my nail. The leaves are blobs of a transparent green, and the flower she redid is lopsided with no color at all in one of the petals and only sliver of color in another. I wasn't going to have her redo another time. Finally when I was drying my nails ready to leave I looked down and realized the two gems in the flowers were different colors. I asked for green and got one black and one yellow.I was happy at first with the massage and cuticles, but not pleased with customer service or painting.

I been to Rose's many times since they open, and I'm surprise there are not more positive reviews about this salon. I been seen a lot of their repeat customers walk out happy. They have very nice tech and they keep the place very clean. I suggest if you have any unsatisfactory, contact the management . I'm sure they'll be gladly to solve your problem. I definitely give them a chance before I'm writing a negative review.
