I can't say enough great things about MPG and every guy who works there. I happened upon them 15 years ago when I was having problems with my beloved Honda Civic. My car was having a problem that was intermittent, which could be difficult to diagnose since the problem was random. I found MPG in the phone book, called them and explained the problem. I ended up spending about 20 minutes on the phone with Mike, one of the owners, as he told me the things it might be. I was immediately sold on taking my car to this place because Mike was willing to take the time to discuss the possible problems and options for my Civic, he was incredibly knowledgeable, and I felt that he must enjoy his job, therefore, I imagined that he would do a great job on my car. My thoughts were exactly right. I took my Civic in and Mike encouraged me to let him try the least expensive treatment for the problem. I was very impressed that he didn't try to sell me the most expensive repair, and I was even more impressed because his idea totally took care of the problem. I even wrote them a thank you note to let them know how much I appreciated their service. That was 15 years ago and I have since developed a great professional relationship with them. When my Civic had to be ""put to rest,"" I decided I would never buy a brand of car that MPG doesn't work on; that's how much I trust them. I have referred a few people who also have cars that MPG will work on, and everyone has been just as pleased as I am. MPG also uses only factory parts specific to your car, rather than your random service station who will use whatever fits. I am a single woman and very much value their honesty and accommodating nature. They know me when I call on the phone to make an appointment and that makes a customer feel valued. What can I say - I love these guys for so many reasons and highly recommend them for anyone who values great customer service, not being ripped off, and for supplying service that is right the first time. If they needed a poster child, it would be me!!!

I have been going to Raleigh Car Care for 7 years after a friend recommended it to me. I believe its been open for 11-12 years and its the best automobile shop I have ever been to. The service is great and the owner Bill Woodruff is very friendly. Believe it or not these guys are not trying to rip you off or scam you, they find the problem quickly, fix it quickly, and have a fair price. They do all work as well on all cars except body work. If i were you I would stop going to unreliable places and start going here.

Raleigh Car Care was recommended to me by a coworker and he's known one of they guys there for I think 15 years or something like that. Another coworker has known him for 11 years and always speaks highly of him. Raleigh Car Care will not screw you and they will be honest with you. They aren't interested in getting as many customers in the door as possible because they want to take the time to do quality work. And that's not to say they are slow at all. I've always had my car done the same day (of course that depends on the problem). I would highly recommend Raleigh Car Care.
