Raleigh Car Care

I have been going to Raleigh Car Care since for almost 5 years now and can't imagine taking my car anywhere else. They are very friendly, personal, and take the time to explain exactly what is wrong.

Stay away this shop is not honest! I am a former enthusiastic girl for this shop, but no longer!!! I took my car in for a computer diagnostic due to my check engine light was on. I was then told I needed my "coils" (laymen term - sorry) needed to be replaced at a cost of almost 465.00 dollars (he changed this out less than 2 yrs ago, but no longer was warranted after the first 6months). I agreed and had had Bill replace this part and when it was done he told me my Saturn was in "good health". Two days later, less than 19 miles the "check engine" light illuminated again?? I drove back up to his store (I live very close) and then was told my Catalytic Converter converter needed to be replaced and that the little computer they perform the initial check with is "not always right" (however they charged me $90.00 for this). Well, he wanted another 500.00 to "fix"- I questioned him on this and he told me there was nothing he could do. I recommend any person who is not knowledgeable about cars "think twice about these boys", they are out for your money and to bully you around.NOT HONEST, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Shame on this business and Bill Woodruff the owner.
