Nail Palace

I wish deeply that I could give negative stars. My gel nails were requiring more upkeep than I was willing to keep anymore- so after 6 months, it was time to say goodbye. I did not get the initial application or fill ins at this salon- THANK GOD. BUT, I did however go to the salon to get my nails removed- MISTAKE. As soon as I walked in, no body wanted to help me... I'm assuming that this was because of the low cost of the service which means lower tip. My money is green just like everyone else's- when a service is performed at all-I tip. When a service is downer very well- I tip very well. Time is valuables do so my nail techs will always be tipped. After a few heavy sighs, a man came to the front and sat me down at one of the many open stations available. Without saying a word, he pulls out a tub of nail tips, and proceeds to attempt to cram a fake nail between my natural nail and the gel nail....UHM OUCH. Suffice to say that my whole body went with him because there's no way my natural nail would have survived that kind of trauma. I politely asked him if he could please file them off- this is how a gel nail should be removed. He laughed at me and said no. I said I'd gotten it done there before (which I had) and he sternly looked at me and said "we do NOT do that here." I was nothing but polite, and he was as rude as rude can be. He smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, was as rude as I'd ever met an employee in a nail salon, and his hands were as tough as sandpaper. The salon is crammed and cramped. And it honestly is nowhere I'd get anything done at myself. I wouldn't ever recommend this "palace" to a soul.

I have been going to this nail salon for 13 years. After today I will never return. I came into the shop at 6:30 sat there for about an hour and a half and no service. I came into the store getting my nails, toes and eyebrows done. @8:54 they kicked me out with only my toes done because " they were close" how unprofessional I will take my business elsewhere

I have been coming to Nail Palace for years and I Live It. Once you get to know the technicians they are the best. Kathy and Lisa are the ONLY people who touch my eyebrows and Lisa does beautiful lash extensions. Tom & Lee do beautiful nails an toes. Tom is my nail tech, Lee only if Tom isnt there. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because Tina who is gone. :(



By The Way : if you show up without an appointment on the weekend (thurs-sun) your screwed.

The guy in the 1st chair is RUDE!!! False adver6tisement! I normally deal with Peter but he is off on Sundays. I went in anyway to get a cut down. Now the cut down is posted as $5 BUT because this was my 2nd time coming (due to them being SLOW AS ALL GET OUT) he sat & talked about me to another lady in their language & THEN another younger female looked right at me confirming they were indeed talking about me. Finally after waiting 35 minutes (I was told 15 minutes to start ) he cuts my nails down then charges me 7 dollars! The price doesn't state 5 dollars & up. It says 5, so it shouldn't matter how much you have to file down.!!! I love Peter but I wont be back!!!! Lee (the owner is a fool ) he had the nerve to smirk when he took my money . Does he not know I'm the WRONG person to mess with b/c I will stop everyone coming & going my way & tell them about this. Next yr I will talking about this experience at Nail Palace
