These guys really know customer service! I was incredibly pleased with how the technicians spent time making sure they understood my questions & concerns. They went above and beyond my expectations while keeping my repair costs to a minimum. I would definitely recommend this shop to anybody in the Puyallup area looking for an honest & quick mechanic!

our alternative to the dealer yea right. The dealer is less expensive. Took forever to get my car repaired the told me they are so busy. I had to go to the dentist across the street. Took them 3 hours just to get my car in the door. Went there for a brake inspection. I was told needs calipers pads and rotors. I had them put it back together and took it back to Chyrsler and had them look at it.Was told that i just needed pads.What rip off I spent $200.00 at the dealer and these guys wanted $400.00. Was a total waste of time.
