Owning a 1937 historical house on College Hill, we have worked with this company since the 1990's on both heating (a new furnace) and plumbing (internal and external sewer problems, new plumbing for aging systems). They have inevitably been knowledgeable, professional, and very efficient--especially in their meeting unreasonable timelines during crises.
Thanks to Hilliards for barging into an apartment that 3 girls live in with muddy boots without knocking or announcing your presence at all. Absolutely unprofessional, rude, and dangerous.
Hilliard’s are FAST, RELIABLE and really do treat you like family. My heating system stopped working in the middle of the night. At 8:00am I telephoned Hilliard’s, said the house temp was 49 degrees, they rearranged their schedule, sent someone right over, got the needed part- which needed a 24 hour turnaround, loaned me two electric heaters for a day, at no charge, and installed the new part. Hilliard’s – FAST, RELIABLE, and like FAMILY.
