I have rented several times from this place. The equipment is not "new" but functions properly. In the off event something does go wrong and they are made aware immediately, they will do everything possible to make it there. I will always rent from there.

They rented me a port-a-cool fan which the pump did not work on, turning it into nothing but a large over-priced fan. They refused to offer any refund.
