Why I will and have already referred people to Mr. Marry (hired for teenager's traffic ticket):1. He took my initial phone call - he did not have his secretary take a message for him to call me back. He got on the line and we talked. This was IMPORTANT! Especially since my availability to make calls was only during 30 minute lunch or 15 minute breaks at work. I was not able to use or accept calls outside those few minutes and it would been interesting to find a mutual time to communicate.2. He listened, we discussed, I understood, and he was honest. He heard my frustration, we talked about all my concerns in the issuing of the ticket and how it would affect my daughter, I understood what would happen by him taking the case, and he was honest with the pricing and possible outcome. The truth and nothing but the truth was said by Mr. Marry.3. He was realistic, accessible, and responsive. One thing I giggled about when he spoke with me initially. He said, "I don't have a crystal ball..." and he wasn't able to see or tell me the future. This is a fact. However, he did see how giving my daughter a ticket was a little peculiar and why we were in question of WHY issued to only her and WHAT was she supposed to do and HOW this case could be looked at from another perspective. Making me feel there was someone else in our corner to challenge and our fight or fight with us.4. Listen and patience: I didn't realize how much Mr. Marry listened to me in my initial phone call (which was only like 10-15 minutes). He did though, because after the first appearance he made on behalf of my daughter to the prosecutor; he came back requesting proof of something that made the difference. I don't even remember telling him, but it could only have been me, because he didn't talk to anyone else with that information. WOW! His ability to listen in our initial conversation BEFORE we even hired/paid for his services - RESULTED in the ticket being dismissed completely.Very happy client!
this special man, with incredibly short notice, got me my son back!!!!! from a bs tro my sons mother filed against me for child abuse!!!!! WHILE it was already ordered that i have primary placement!!!! her 3 allegations were absurd!!!! i mean it was kind of a slam dunk case!!! even the appointed guardian ad-litem was like this is bs and requested that it be thrown out!!!! now i have retained him for my ex-parte order and motion to midify an existing order for custody. i am incredibly confident that, with mr.sfasciotti representing me, this will all go my way and i will get permanent primary placement of my son!!!!!! his life is on the line and if anyone can do it, i believe that mr.sfasciotti is the best person to go with!!!!! i love this man and he will always be in both mine and my family's hearts!!!!!!!
Great lawyer. We used Mr. Marry for my husbands 3rd DUI. He got us the best outcome we could have asked for. Always professional, attentive, on time, and always made sure everything was understood. Would recommend to anyone!!
Fantastic lawyer. Very professional and respectful. Very knowledgeable and will work hard to get you the best possible outcome in your case.
He does everything he says he will do!!
I message a few divorce attorney because I'm in tough place. I have some evidence about my wife having a "strong" relationship with someone (the "old" friend type) and asked Mr Sfasciotti for some advice and basically was expecting him to (like all the other lawyers) to tell me to make an appointment to talk more about the issue I'm encountering. here is the email I received from him :"In all due respects, your question is ridiculous.Do you really think that's all I need to know in order to give you advice? I would need more info about, say, the length of marriage, age of children, what the two of you do outside the home, your work schedule, etc. In the meantime the response to a ridiculous quetion should only be a ridiculous answer: hire a private investigator. R. Sfasciotti "I think with that kind of attitude, (I could not not share it with you) you should not hire someone like that... This is unacceptable. If you are reading this, I guess you are in the same situation, I'm sure you know how I feel now.
