        Overall

        I do not recommend this company. I hired this company to help manage my property, because I wasn't living in the area. Every month I had to ask numerous times to collect the rent that they owed me. Brian Patrick never returns your calls, and you have to email several times before he responds to all of your questions and concerns. He only follows the contract when it benefits him, and will do whatever he can to keep your money. The staff is always changing as well, so it is hard to know who to contact. This company ruined the rental experience for me.
