Overall
Is it really fare?

This complex is connected to Mill Pk school. I have lived here, if I did not have to move I would stay for conveience.

Mike the maintnence man is timely and does a decent job. Very nice & quiet. The assistant manager (Sherly) takes to much too personal. She has a hard time controling emontions. When she does somethig "nice" her nanner is insencer as if I am a pain.

The Manager (Noreen) is great, and dispite our differences she has always kept her self incontrol. She keeps up with proplerty in keeping it clean. But I do not like her mentality of "If I let one person do it I have to let all or if one person cant do it no one else can do it"

This creates an unfair enviroment. Families should be treated as individuals. For instence. Bike riding in the complex is out due to some children in the complex some parents do not monitor their children and teach them respect & rules of bike riding. I teach my children to constantly be aware of cars & people, then to move out of the way. I also tell them that they must do this because some people do not have children and do not keep them in mind so you need to be responcible for yourself. I feel my child has always respected this and we have not had no complints, but they are recieveing consequences of other children. I spoke to Noreen about this and she says it has to do with "fair housing issues." I has brought up that what is not fair is that others recive consequences of iresponcible tendants. I sugestend that the families that are breaking rules are the ones who should not beable to ride bikes. Noreen said "I can't do that. I have to treat all familes the same." Yes people do need to be treated the same. That is if a child does not follow rules that child recieves the cosequence. If one uses this consistancy everyone will be treated the same.
