Absolutely horrible company to rent from. Don't walk, RUN away from these people! My daughter and I enjoyed living at New Heritage Apartments in Albany before they took over the complex. Since then, the rent has gone up 15%, and the string of ridiculous new rules and continual postings on our door is beyond fathomable. I was told on the 4th that, even though we've been in our apartment three years, and only paid the rent two days late one time about two years ago, if I don't pay it by the 13th (I said I could pay by no later than the 17th), they will file with the court to have us evicted.
