Quality no longer any good. Poor management. Left to be run by teens with no management. Bad experience with the food here at the Central Ave location.
I visit at least 2-3x a month. My absolute favorite happens to be The BBQ Ribs... Fall off the bone, melt in your mouth...what more could you ask for...other than extra napkins... I have been to some big name chains for the ribs and I have not found anything that equals Cappo's Ribs. The people are very friendly and always willing to get you what you need as soon as possible. It is a Must Try place. I recommend them highly.
Barely caught the delivery guy b4 he left, and he didn't call me like I requested. Ordered traditional wings, got cold boneless wings instead. They got my order wrong, then tried to tell me that I said something that I didn't say and they would not replace it. Didn't get a credit, but a note under my phone number to replace 8 of the sixteen wings I ordered next time I call. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION.

Always great, friendly, fast service and the food is always amazing! Great value for great food!
The best thin crust pizza in NW Indiana. Used to have the best wings too, but not anymore.Very expensive.
This place was to start with really expensive. It was 40.00 for a thin crust 3 topping pizza, mozz sticks and breaded mushrooms. They also charged for a side of ranch which isn't a big deal by itself but in this case just added insult to injury. When we opened the mozz sticks there were only 6 of them and they were not even hot. The mushrooms were the best part of the meal and were a good deal for the price but nothing above average. The pizza itself had a very limp crust, and the toppings were not very abundant. For the price they charged just for the pizza (25) I would expect much better. They also sprinkled the top with some herbs which did nothing for the flavor of the pizza. We had ordered Alfredo sauce on half of the pizza the sauce was so salty I couldn't eat very much. The pizza wasn't even cut properly between the halves and some pieces were huge and some small. When I called the manager made a point of telling me that she would let the cooks know about the improperly cut pizza and that the pepperoni was to blame for the saltiness of the alfredo sauce. She said the best she could do was to throw a couple of bucks on my account. She didn't even offer to remake the pizza. Very disappointing!!!!! Honestly the worst pizza I have had in years. Spend your hard earned money else where.
If your the type of person who likes loud obnoxious places then Cici's is for you. The employees have to sing and yell songs while they work. The pizza is cardboard thin with barely any cheese or sauce, so it's really like eating bread. The only up side I could come up with is the cost, it is really inexpensive, especially if you have a lot of kids, but that is the only good thing I could say about Cici's.
