Kwik Kar

My car was being worked on by the mechanics at Kwik Kar shop on 6916 Independence Pkwy Plano, TX 75023. While Driving my car home, the wiring hardness started on fire underneath the Dash and suffered a third degree burns on my hard while putting the fire out. The Fire Department was called to insure the fire was out.
They replaced engine mounts and removed my exhaust system and rigger it with wire Hanger (see picture). The Car was towed back to the shop and the owner and shop manager assured me that they would fix the car correctly to make it right.
After picking the car up for the second time, notice that the exhaust pipe was hanging too low to the ground, rigged with wire, and back firing. The Car died a block away from the shop and notice the battery cables were not secured. I return to the shop the following day to inform Kwik Kar shop that that the car was not running right.
The Manager on Duty (Owners Brother) refused to fix the car and told to leave the shop.
• This shop has told me that I needed a new engine and I bought a new engine. After investigating the root cause, the started was locking up because it needed a washer.
• They told me that a task would take 2 hours where it took only 30 minutes.
• The mechanics at this shop have told me that I need a new Transmission when the transmission was fine.
• These shop charge me to put on Rear engine seal and when I picked it up. The original part was in the trunk. I had to return the vehicle and they told me they replace it.
This shop practice unethical business practices and they will scam and lie to your face. This Shop will lie and Steal your money and provide careless car repairs.

Do not bring your business to this shop!!!
