Technology Properties 1

I used to work in this building as the property manager for the old owner. Since leaving and Technology Properties has taken over I can honestly say they are the most horrible property managers I have encounter throughout my 14 years in the construction industry!! This building has mold, no fire system, no heating and cooling system a total I believe of 5 tentants left. They have been reported to code enforcement for the city of Penn Hills and beyond me how they were not shut down immediately after they found there is not an active fire system! The health department needs to go in and take a look around. I could not believe my eyes when I walked in and seen the complete disgusting mess this building is in...the doors need to be locked and chained shut until the repairs have been made. If you looking for an office space don't waste your time or money!! I am being forced to give a star rating and believe me the stars should be red for WARNING STAY AWAY!!
