Meaghan Cutrell, LPC Meaghan Cutrell, LPC, is a behavioral health clinician specializing in trauma-informed care. Meaghan has a strong clinical focus on anxiety and depressive disorders, mood disorders, PTSD, child and adolescent mental health, LGBTQIA+ friendly care, and culturally inclusive practices. She utilizes motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based interventions to provide comprehensive and compassionate support. Meaghan is also trained in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) and incorporates mindfulness and yoga into her therapeutic approach.
