Horrific! I wish I would had used YP before going to her. The owner (Theresa) has moved to 2490 Lee Blvd, the Rockerfeller Pointe. No matter where she goes she take herself with her. Theresa is still Very rude and mean. At one point I even asked if she could be more loving and kind she said 'No'. Yet, I remained in that seat and took the violation to my hair. I kept sounding off Bible passages and asking God to Forgive me and I am willing to Forgive myself for what ever reason I connected with this experience. At the end she wanted pictures to put this Parliament wig hair on istagram I refused. She got her money up front because she's been through the ropes. She is a veteran and goes to the VA for help. I am a woman veteran too so I made the choice to have mercy on her. We are all fu*k-up in some form of fashion. NEVER AGAIN $175.00 bull-sh*t hair doo-doo coiled up on my head. I am an empath and I feel her pain and stress and it gives me a headache! I got to get this hair out HELP!!!!!

Not only is their customer service as AWFUL as every other review states, but the expensive wig I purchased is worse. I was excited to wear my 20" loose wave full lace wig with bleached knots and "customized hairline" and didn't even mind the price if the product quality was what they said it would be, but this was not the case. My $700 wig came in a plastic bag within a USPS priority mail bag. I didn't even mind that so much because when I took it out, it was silky and smooth. The knots at the hairline were not bleached as well as the hair further toward the middle of the wig and this is very noticeable. The "lace paste" from them is essentially Elmer's glue with some type of lotion or fragrance mixed in. It barely sticks, needs a couple of applications every time I try to put the wig on & makes all the baby hairs around the hairline stick (like glue!) to my hairline. It looks like a matted down, glued down mess every time. You have to pick it off of the lace and your forehead only to find that the lace is coming off and the Elmer's glue has caused a crusty white residue all around the hairline. THE WORST PART: THE WIG STARTED BALDING WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF WEARING IT!!!! I can't even part it anywhere because there are bald patches everywhere. When I brush it with a paddle brush the brush is covered in hair and handfuls of hair come out every day. After I first noticed this I tried contacting their customer service over the phone. There is an automated response about some personal assistant then it goes to voicemail and never puts you in touch with a person. I also emailed customer service over and over but no response. I DM'd their Instagram account multiple times and got no response. It wasn't until I commented directly on one of their Instagram pictures that my wig was balding that they blocked me! I can't believe I paid all this money for a wig and the company doesn't even have the decency to respond to me. They are a lousy company and I doubt they'll last long.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!! I am a bride and I had an appointment with the owner to do my hair for a trial run. She cancelled at 830 in the morning due to illness. Saying she could not give good service due to illness. I unexpectedly went in 30 min before my original appt time to at least pick up my hair. Only to find her doing other clients hair not looking sick at. She didn't even say anything to my face. Just gave me my hair and went back to doing her clients hair. Made me wonder if she knew she even told me she was sick. No worries because as soon as I left I went to another salon where they even apologized for the terrible service I had incurred. Long story short NO PROFESSIONALISM AT ALL. Please please please save your money.

Their products already cost a lot of money and in to of that if they swipe your card they will over charge you they over charged me $50 today and when I looked in the bag there was no receipt i will be up there tomorrow tho
I have had my mink eyelashes installed at this place. Ciara is a very kind and talented stylist. The atmosphere is very lively and accommodating. She makes you feel like a million bucks. I will go back.
I heard about Giovanni and Co. from reviews on Google. I thought it seemed like a reasonably priced and friendly establishment, so I made an appointment for a cut, color, and trial wedding day hair! I was beyond impressed with Ruslana! She does extraordinary work and made me feel so special! I can't wait to come back shortly for wedding nails and to have my bridal party experience all that Giovanni and Co. has to offer! Thank you!
