This is a great place to have a fire arm transferred to from online purchases they $20 for your 1st transfer then after that only $15! Joe and Paul are sure friendly and helpful. I'm also told the have one of the best bow techs in the valley for you bow hunters.
If they are out of business, sportsmen are safe. Years ago they butchered my 1908 mauser. The scope bases were different heights and loose, the bolt handle met the scope, and the receiver was scratched. I dared not return for amends in fear of more amature damage.
No worms in 5 years. Nice store lots of supplies and the owner is very helpful. Located northwest of bell road on the west side of the road.
In 1994 Magnum Precision built my custom Springfield 1911. 55,000 rounds later it's still working flawlessly. Original 2.5lb trigger. Amazing work.
Disappointed that he only works on certain guns. Not Baretta or Browning.
I had a case separation (cartridge blew up in the barrel) and couldn't remove the brass. Weapon Works not only removed the broken round, they polished and cleaned the receiver, checked and adjusted the head space and installed new rollers on the bolt of my CETME .308, all for a lot less than I was expecting to have to pay. These guys know their stuff. I'll be back with any future gun concerns.
While they do have good selection at good prices their bussiness ethics suck. I sent my wife to get a scope for my gun. She brought the scope with her and told them the rifle was a Ruger 10/22. they sold her some through hole rings for $30 (because they were the only ones they had). the rings didn't work I was unable to ger the scope to sight in. when she tried to return them they only gave her $20 refund because he would have to resell the item as used. Really? Your "knowledgeable staff" sells the wrong rings and you won't even give a full refund?Be sure you know what you're buying.
I took a springfield XD there to get finished with duracoat and reblued. They told me it would take 2 weeks. It was closer to 2 months.... I finally picked it up, paid for it and I found that neither finish was even applied right. The duracoat could scratch right off, and the bluing wore right off by cycling the slide a few times.
Larry Stafford is an honest and conscientious gunsmith. Quality work, reasonable rates and a heartfelt dedication to his work. I was very happy and my shotgun was very happy . I would not hesitate to use Pearl Firearms again. I highly recommend this business.
TERRIBLE! I love to support local businesses for obvious reasons. Let me tell you folks a little bit about who you're dealing with here. It might be a little long but stay with me, this is good stuff. Went there to purchase some ammo. They had none on the shelf but plenty in boxes on the floor. The guy refused to sell it to me, making up excuses about getting it into inventory and pricing it and such. He asked me to come back tomorrow only to find out it had all been sold already. Came in a week later, explained the situation to somebody else who couldn't believe that happened and so on. Today I walk in and they had exactly what i wanted in a box on the floor again. Get this...the very same guy from last time pulled the same stunt on me. I'm standing here waiving with money and they just send me away. I told the guy I can't shop here no more, this is just outrageous. And it gets better! As I walk out the door, the guy who sent me away the first time charges at me telling me...Hey buddy, no need to be f*%^!g a$$ho!@ about it. That is a direct quote. This is how they talk to their customers. This is how you get treated there.
