Philadelphia, PA Used Car Sales

My nightmare began on November 20th 2017 when I made the worst decision of my life of Buying a Car from a Mom-and-Pop operation and only ended on February 2nd. I will attempt to make this post short but welcome any questions from the community as I wouldn't want this deceiving business to hurt anyone else. Long story short, I bought a vehicle from Anthony and his daughter Jennifer and paid with a Cash ready check from PNC, which it was cashed right away. After the first 30 days without having heard from the dealership nor having received anything to be able to register the vehicle, I started getting concerned and began my several attempts on contacting the Dealership by phone, as well as Anthony's Cell Phone, which were all unsuccessful. They would never return my calls nor the several voice mails I left or my bank's calls. After the first 60 days, the temporary tag expired and I was no longer able to use the vehicle. I made several attempts on contacting Anthony by text messages and his responses were "The title should be coming soon". I learned that the dealership only requested the Tittle on January 22nd, over two months after I had purchased the vehicle. I finally got the title on the mail on February 2nd (Anthony said he would overnight it, but ended up sending it on the slowest/cheapest mailing option available which took 5 days to get it. They caused me and my wife a LOT of Stress and Headache, we were not able to use the vehicle for over two weeks, and we ended up having to pay $50 at the DMV for late fees. I have a lot of text messages from Anthony recorded and can prove the whole ordeal, this guy is such a liar. At the end he said he was going to pay for the DMV fees and $500 for my troubles, and I have yet to receive anything from him. I will be filling formal complaints with the Pennsylvania Attorney General, Pennsylvania State Board of Dealers and Salesperson, the Department of Revenue and the Better Business Bureau.

My experience was by far the best, I have been buying cars for the past 20 years & have never encountered a more laidback fun staff such as at Naryan’s. Mike was our guy & he was every bit of a five star salesman as was everyone else! Went to this place to buy my son his first car to get back and forth to college. Got it home and he almost crash. Call the number on the pink and went straight to voicemail 10 times. The number on the paperwork never gets answer. It goes straight to voicemail. Please do not buy no cars from this placed.

I am a middle class African American woman and have been spoken to and treated like a second class citizen by several area dealers who I will not even mention because I do not want to give them any attention or exposure even if negative for my own personal reasons. That said I have not made a purchase as of yet, I am still working on a down payment and working extra hours so I can purchase a 2011 Acura TL that I absolutely love, and I will be buying it from Charlie D the sales man I spoke with at Naryan Auto. Charlie D MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE and like a human being treated me with respect and I could feel the positive attitude from this man over the telephone. I purchased a 2007 nissan altima in July. After 2 weeks the car transmission went out. They are con men. Any review with 5 stars is a guaranteed lie. I purchased the car as is because the inspection sticker expired the following year in June. I hope you read this review and purchase your car elsewhere.

I was looking for a good running SUV for a reasonable price. I was extremely happy to find the perfect SUV at Dan Kelly and Sons at a totally reasonable price! It was in great shape and the interior looked brand new. I couldn't believe the price I got it for and to make matters even better he gave me the money I wanted for my trade-in. Their honesty and professional are like no other. I highly recommend Dan Kelly and Son Auto Sales. I would give a 10 star if I could!!

I bought a car for my daughter last month who needed it for her travel means to college. We got the perfect car for an awesome price. I couldn't be more satisfied. I went to 6 different car lots and they couldn't even come close with the professional, selection and price. I was referred to Dan Kelly and Sons and am so happy I was.
