1st issue) I was scheduled for laser. I signed in before my appointment. A few other patients came in after me. Each person was walked back, except me. I kept checking with front desk and they said it'd be a minute. about 45 minutes or more went by and I went up to the counter. I had my own birthday party to get to. They had thrown away the sign in sheet and were done for the day. I was livid. How could you ignore a patient sitting there and just get up and leave work....
2nd issue & reoccurring) the techs will be extremely late for their appointments just to walk you back and not even have the right room ready or you are watching them put it together... on your $1 per minute. I'm not sure how you can do laser treatment without a laser...
3rd issue) I paid for laser hair treatment after a consult. They said it would work on blonde hair. It did not.
4th issue) my appointment before last, they told me to come in 30 MINUTES prior to my appointment time so they could put numbing cream on me. I arrive early, and kept reminding the front desk about it but 30 minutes went by and it was time for my appointment. I get there knowing they completely failed me on giving me numbing cream, just to hear the tech say "uhhh I can't find the numbing cream, everyone uses each others stuff, I think the wife of the owner came in and was using it on herself and must have took it home." Completely unacceptable.
5th issue) a very rude front desk worker by the name of Hailey I believe, called me yesterday to confirm my appointment for 4pm. I told her that my appointment was at 5pm. She said "that isn't true we are closed at 5pm." I said "so how is it that all my previous appointments at 5pm or 5:30pm occurred when you are closed?" she stated "your appointment is for FOUR PM!" I said "that's inaccurate, go ahead and cancel" she said "whatever." I go home knowing I have not only the right time in my phone but the card filled out BY A FRONT DESK PERSON on my table.
