        15 mins no service to an 84 year old woman

        Waited 15 and no service.

        Walked in and wrote my name down and waited patiently. 2 ladies in the back laughing and not paying attention to the front. However, one of the women's dad or husband walked in and she was talking to him in the lobby. He left and she didn't even say anything to me.



        WORST SERVICE EVER!
