General Manager Jennifer Satterfield succeeded in getting me to give her restaurant another try. After being shorted a lobster tail in a carryout order on my 47th B-day, I had no plans to go back to the Canton, GA Red Lobster. I am happy to say that, a month later, I received a letter of apology & a $15.00 gift card from Jennifer. I placed another carryout order and everything was great!
It is ok. I wished they had more simpler dishes for the less sophisticated palete. Everything seemed a touch fancy. The service was fine. There was a spice that was stronger than the rest on it but still ok. My husband loved his lobster. He said he would go back for it.
Not only was the menu beautifully orchestrated, but the food was brilliant. In today's day and age, it's the little touches such as polishing the wine glasses with a white cloth. Extraordinary service and example of placing the customer first. Well done!
