I lived in an apartment managed by Angie for 3+ years, and she was amazingly attentive without being overbearing. When I felt unsafe, she had cameras installed immediately. She answered emails promptly. We seldom had issues with maintenance but when we did, they were dealt with quickly. Upon moving out, she was not only fair, she was honest and helpful. She took the time to meet with us and gave us advice on how to get more of our security deposit back. Maybe we were lucky to get a really good manager. Five stars for Angie.

They allowed me to take over the lease of another tenant and allowed me to pay the same amount month to month as I would have had to paid to sign a year long lease. I lived there for about a year and a half. They were always easy to get ahold of and quick to send some one out when I had a maintenance issue. They never gave me anything to complain about.

I've been renting from Beven and Brock for 1 year and have had a great experience. The rent price is amazing for the location I'm in. Its probably $400 less than other similar units on the market in the neighborhood. Maintenance requests have also been dealt with very quickly. I'm probably going to be looking for a larger place in the next few months, and am planning on working with Beven and Brock again.

I recently I had an issue and Mr. Beven contacted me via email while out of the country. He then assisted me while out of the country and kept me informed of his return to meet in person. I felt so heard and blessed that Mr. Beven would take time for me during his travels. Furthermore, when we met he assisted me with all my problems and also discovered that one of the issues was partially my mistake. In closing, Beven & Brock gets 5 stars and a God Bless YOU, from this satisfied tenant. :)

Hereâ s a company that understands what going on out there. I am one of their tenants, and I accidentally got a copy of an internal memo from the owner. It was directed to all of his property managers, property owners, and rental staff. The sense of the letter was that for the foreseeable future they would not be raising rents unless someoneâ s rent was ridiculously low. This was apparently not done as a â favorâ to the tenants, but out of what seems to be good business sense: to avoid unnecessary vacancies when times are tough. Mutual benefit, as it turns out. Good for the owners of the properties, and good for us tenants. I gave them "5-Stars". Good, not perfect. Nobody is.

I lived in an apartment complex that was managed by 3 property management companies. Beven & Brock eventually took over a year ago. They did a lot of renovation to the apartment in order to update it (new yard, new pipes, etc.). The cons to the renovation was that it was loud, disruptive, and it was continuous. We had an 11% rent increase eventually. Mind you, what we were paying before was very cheap, so the 11% wasn't that bad (even with the increase, we were still paying way below median rents). Also, when our door was kicked in and the door frame was broken (long story, we did it ourselves :/), our apartment manager contacted the property management company, and they had someome come out within the next few days to fix it up. They never billed us for the mishap, so that was nice of them. We had a great manager at our apartment, who was the liason for us and Beven & Brock. The people who worked at the management company were a bit harder to get a hold of, unfortunately. When we moved out, we got all of our deposit back (we were lucky, because they were renovating the interior, so no cleaning fee or anything of that sort was deducted from our deposit. Overall, our experience with them was positive.

The best part of this management comopany is Beven. He has shown himself to be extremely helpful and I thank him for that.
