We had a quick dinner. We ordered the combo plates choosing chicken swarm a,steak kabob, chicken kabob, fries and hummus. Food was tasty and fresh.
Excellent food and friendly servers. My wife and I get one order of the vegetarian plate and one order of the kebab combo, then share. You get some of everything this way. I highly recommend this place, and I've eaten a lot of Lebanese and Armenian food over the years.
Kababs were dry, there are several good Mediterranean food joins in pasadena, skip this one.
The appeal of this place is that it is one of the few Afghani restaurants in Los Angeles. The food is mediocre in that I have had better Chicken kabobs at Greek, Middle Eastern and other Pakistani restaurants. The food lacked spice and the rice was rather disgusting. The lamb stew was really good though. Overall, a pricey restaurant that takes advantage of the lack of competition to deliver average food.
