Amore Dance

This was a complete misunderstanding, our receptionist felt terribly about having said something that offended this client. She says she thought the client was apprehensive about joining the class and was trying to encourage her to join in. She didn't think this client was "curvy" and didn't intend to insinuate that at all.. she was shocked to know that is what was heard. She doesn't remember having said anything about skinny people/curvier people in saturday's class, but did say she used the term "curvier instructor" to describe one of our staff members who is known for being very non-intimidating for first time zumba goers that might be a bit apprehensive. We responded and apologized numerous times to this customer who has entered bad reviews and posted complaints with the Better Business Bureau. Unfortunately she hasn't responded. We deeply regret that she felt so offended and take pride in knowing that so many different people love attending zumba class together and we welome anyone to come to class to zumba with us!!!
