I just want to thank you for your great service and work and your honesty.
Andrew my original salesman was excellent and order process was great. He departed the dealership while awaiting production and delivery of my BMW. The delivery experience was the absolute worst car buying experience I have had at any dealership. Rude and unprofessional throughout and when I responded in kind they acted offended. Will not have my new X5M ever serviced there and will never recommend or purchase again.
Today I got my oil changed & this was my third time coming to this bmw location & they haven’t let me down yet. As soon as I pulled up I was greeted.with a warm welcome and a smile. Everyone was polite and made my wait easy and relaxing. I will say coming from the bmw in Alpharetta, Georgia I’m spoiled because that location has a full soft drink, coffee and Snack bar with a bar tender. But over all I will keep coming to this location because I’m treated with respect.
James explains the repair process clearly and concisely. He also ensured I received all the information regarding upcoming repairs in a timely manner. Excellent representative of Zeigler BMWz. Very much appreciated.
Service was excellent. Had a small mix up but Cory worked to resolve it in the best interest of his customer, which is very much appreciated!
Came in to have my car serviced. I was greeted by James right away. He was so helpful through the process. Took the time to get answers and explain them to me.
Overall great experience. The four stars that were given was because there were no snacks, lol but the tea was great and I waited, what seemed to me a long time for an oil change, well over two hours. It was a Saturday and I got a super clean car. Kevin was really nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend.
