went to Audi of Orland Park. I was working with Wendy Spano, she was excellent. I backed out of buying a beautiful car but now I asked Wendy to look for another...she's the best!
I took my Audi to Audi of Orland Park to have the check engine light and low idle issue checked-out in December of 2012 and was told a broken check valve was the problem which I had repaired. Then the beginning of March not even three months later I started having the same problems. Again, I was told that multiple codes were found but was advised that the sparks plugs is likely the problem and recommended I change the spark plugs and have the fuel injectors serviced which would cost somewhere between $600-$700, but here's the catcher he goes on to say that he could guarantee that this would resolve the problems I was having with the car. Therefore, I declined to have the vehicle serviced and took it to another repair shop that service Audi's for a second opinion. Come to find out that they NEVER really repaired the vehicle properly and NEVER cleared the codes so the codes list just kept growing making it impossible to pin-point which codes were really causing the problems I was experiencing with the vehicle in order diagnosis and repair the vehicle properly. All along they were band-aiding the car doing meaningless repairs and charging me ridiculous prices to do so. This dealership is a scam and a rip-off and I'll never go there again or recommend you or anyone else go there.....Although I really enjoyed driving my Audi my experience with the dealership service dept. has made me decide to never buy another Audi again!
Just bought a 2012 Elantra Touring and a 2013 Accent. Our salesperson was Stephen. He was very genuine and knowledgeable about the cars. When he was not sure about an answer he would always ask the manager. I was also impressed when he told my husband and I to go home and "sleep on" our decision. In no way did we feel pressured by Stephen. We had been to other dealers where the salespeople used profanity (sh$t, crap, etc) when talking to us and we were very offended. Stephen was always polite and professional. So far I love our cars. You cannot beat the price for the MPG. John in financing was also very efficient and to the point, when I told him I did not want any of those "extra" ins, he never tried to change our minds. Free oil changes and car washes for life if you put the Hyundai sticker on your car! That's a savings of $360 a year right there. Extremely pleased with Family Hyundai!
Worst service ever! Lost a big sale! The employees were extremely rude and not easy to work with. I would never recommend this location to anyone.
