My daughter is a grade student,she was hired as a Crew member. Store location Sonic Drive-in 8405 N. Houston Rosslyn Rd. Houston,tx77088 On this date of November 18,2017 my child wasn't paid for her wages. Two pay periods and still haven't received a paycheck. Paycheck for 10-31-2017 also paycheck for 11-14-2017 all she received from the manager at Sonic also the head manger and payroll department was frustrations and lies we ask for the fifteen trance number was told by payroll department their computer system isn't set up to give out a fifteen trance number our Bank allowed a three way calling to clarify there wasn't any deposits are rejection nor attempts made from sonic regarding my child two paychecks I really believe it's some type of fraud alert going on with this sonic Drive-in the manager there at the location probably had my child money deposited in her man bank account it's no telling how many people she has stolen from sonic 8405N.houston Rosslyn h,tx 77088 this location is very much not the place to eat at pay my daughter her money two pay periods worked and didn't get paid for her hourly wages
Van, TX Sonic drive-in is horrible. They play music there so loud that the person taking the order can’t hear, and maybe isn’t paying attention. We repeated our order as loud as we could to him, five times. He just couldn’t hear us, the music was so loud. Asked 3 times for a manager to come out and finally she did. An assistant manager, (teenage girl). Said they weren’t allowed to turn the music down. While trying to talk with her, (again, music so loud it was difficult to understand each other), the inside order taker had totaled up our incomplete and incorrect order. Just a complete disappointment. A couple of days later we drove from Van, TX to the next town- Canton TX- to their Sonic and wow, no music, no problems communicating! They got the order correct the first time. When we called to talk to the main manager of Van Sonic, she told my husband he is just an unhappy person and she couldn’t please him. Never again will we bother giving Van Sonic our business.
I have complained over and over about poor overcooked food and cold food. Corporate won't get back with me and the store manager at the Sand Springs location doesn't really seem to care. We got burnt & soggy corndogs. We also got totally cold double cheeseburgers that were old. The cheese was cold and not melted because the burgers weren't fresh. The Sand Springs Location seems to precook and let everything sit and serve it cold and soggy. Over cooked soggy corndogs on 50 cent day and cold / old double cheesburgers 3 times in a row. We went to 2 other Sonics and got hot Burgers with melted cheese that were fresh! The Sand Springs Adams road sonic is aweful!!!!!
Once again, my visit to sonic on 175&Beltline in dallas,tx was bad. I pass another sonic to Go go to this one because the customer serv USE to be great. Now, nobody cares about customers. They cannot get orders correct even if says on ticket what I want, even after having to repeat my order 4-5 times, it's still wrong. The manager gracie walked away from me while I was trying to tell her of the issue. Gracie also had me come back yesterday to get an order replaced for being incorrect & overcooked, but she was off...the other "manager" said she knew nothing about it, shrugged her shoulders & walked off. I asked when will Gracie be back...same person said "idk, tomorrow I guess" shrugged shoulders, frowned & walked away again...the cust svc here is awful, the food cannot for some reason be prepared correctly. The workers are on phones, dancing & flirting more than working. I want a response from higher up management because trying to solve locally does not work & I will have to stop going to all Sonics. I am also posting about this location bad service & yours as well if nothing is done and no response comes from your Corp ofc. Not anyone will read or contact me about the hostile environment ot OAK Ridge Tenn. Location , but here goes , im a daily regular breakfast customer now on thus day today i proceed to the check out in the drive thru , and was approached by the shift manager ag the window dem anding my coupon reguarding my order in which i complied and then insisted that i turn it over immediately, that they had to count them ... No w sincei have been battling cancer for the l ast 7 years i git in thgd habit of using them for my breakfast needs , and neber -ever have i been approached with such arrogance over a lousy coupon , plus he infirmed me that it was 1 per customer and not to ask unless i had another one, sooooo after been accosted over a coupon , I'LL have to say that any future attempts to by any product from the OAK Ridge TENNESSEE store is off limits , and i never will i return to such bulling tactics by him or any other employee of any place . I have always ate and used as many coupons as i wanted to use as long as i was purchasing food at thus restaurant, if this is read by corporate office i hope you courtesy is more hospitable than you managers and call me or email your thoughts on the matter, an d we can discuse dome secuasl harrasment of employees that i have witnessed about girl that wirk there , but as for now i will n eberset foot on their premises agsin. Oak Hall Virginia obviously something's wrong with the speaker system you must repeat your order three to four times half the time you get there your order is incorrect. Staff seems to be under-educated and proper protocol of Sonic drive-thru orders are usually incorrect I've stood in line several different occasions to find out once I go to place my order that the slushie machine is down half the time I order things a certain way and it's not delivered in that manner and last week I ordered a slushie and I almost choked to death on the lime and lemons that they put in it I've always had a good experience with Sonic but this year that seems staff is undertrained and equipment is faulty is that the point I don't want to return to the store.
If equipment is not working to produce a product some kind of notice should be put up an hour sign so you're not sitting in line for 5 to 10 minutes to find out that you can't even get that product

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers for the 1/2 price cheeseburger night, pushed the button and ordered the 2 cheeseburgers and said I wanted a large fry and a medium drink. The person you can make it a combo and I said the rules state you can't! They said you can, I said ok and my total was $7.39
My order came out with only one cheeseburger and I ask where my second was and the little boy server yelled at me when I ask for a manager and the second car hop said there is no problem we will get you burger at no cost, then the manager came out and I was trying to explain and she only wanted to talk about the ticket not what I ordered and ask for my second cheeseburger back the car hop said I could have at no cost!!
I'll never go there again!!!
My wife ordered a burger, onion rings a breakfast burrito. The waiter confurned the order on dilivery, but he obviously did not check the contents. When my wife arrived home with the order it was a bacon burger and some cold chili fries. They were inedible. We are normally well please with your products but this time you missed the mark. The items in question were purchased at the Sonic Drive -In on Sam Houston Ave. in Huntsville, Texas.

I just left the Sonic drive in 55 Newbury st Peabody, MA where I ordered an Oreo blast and onion rings. When Scott came out to bring my order, I was on my in because I was unable to pay at the drive in. Scott came out angry and upset with out any regard to customer service. After, he proceeded to finish my order inside behind a closed door and I over heard him talk in negatively about me. After all this I decided to pay because I'm pregnant and having cravings. After, I found out that my order was wrong while in the car.
Hello I am writing in regards to the location in Gallatin Tennessee, I have just went there tonight and tried to get a buttered toffee milkshake in which the girl told me they no longer carried it but it was advertised on the menu so I said OK well then do y'all have banana splits? she said we no longer carry those either which I did not see on the menu OK but y'all do have a master blast banana split & she proceeded to tell me that y'all didn't carry that either so my question is why are you advertising things that you don't carry anymore? she made it sound like y'all have discontinued the item and not just ran out of things to make it with. I am highly disappointed with the service and I will never be going back.

It's sad to think that this fast food restaurant is part of the Sonic franchise. The service is poor, along with the participation of other Sonic special offers. The only thing missing is the Manager... who thinks that the quality of this service is OKAY!!!
Hire quality employees with customer service that can make a simple "Slush" and take a food order without it taking an hour to be served.
My wife just went to sonic in cheyenne wy and pd at the outside station and the carhop came out and told her that it did not go through so my asked for a manager and one never showed my wife called me on the phone and while we were talking about what to do the carhop spoke very clearly and load enough for me to hear her tell my wife she could leave but then she'd never be served at that sonic again when I returned to the sonic the manager said he had no knowledge of this problem
Today 7-3-16 at the Sonic on north university Lubbock Texas the young lady taking the order was yelling at me through the speaker i asked for the manager so she stated the manager was right next to her so i said i wanted to speak to the manager not where is your manager so she cut me off gave me my total mind you i was not at all done ordering so i pressed the button for the manager than the manager come out rolling her eyes talking crazy they must of been having a bad day but you do not take your sttitude to work with you so she refused to take my order walked off while i asked her for her name i pressed the button for her name no response so i go in the building for her name still refusing to give me her name then finally someone says andrea gonzales so i would love to make a complaint on andrea i purchase alot from sonic i would hate to stop coming here because of somebody attitude !!!!
This is about a sonic drive in in Montrose Colorado, I was an employee, I'm concerned!!!!! The inside kitchen well all is a grease pit you can see the build up on literally all the equipment including all dishes it's not good,while there I saw employees rinsing dishes not washing the washingredients water not changed or rinse water I did my best beings Im partially disabled but I can't do all the work while other go to collect a check the whole time their I never saw the main managers at nite they both worked days never nights.yes you have a 19 year old running it at night but customers want to talk to a main manager about there positive or negative feedback but yet thy throw it off on to the crew leader bs...if corporate could see the counters,walls,dishes,fryers, all refrigerated equipment and floors wow how embarrassing I feel sry for the closers I was 1 of them and what sux I liked it there and would love to work for them again but I don't feel good serving food out of this Sonic..

Just got the new electronic boards. They are friendly and all but I have noticed following. I buy 4 Route 44 glasses of ice every day on my way to work. They were charging me 50 cents, then 60, now all of a sudden one day it is 80 the next 85. Another location nearby charges 50 cents. Why the difference?
Also, the breakfast toasters and burritos have way less egg on them than they used to. It is like they are cutting back on stuff but charging more.
I tried calling their phone 469-522-7077 but it rang and was never answered.
